What started as a juice company now has five locations across Dublin. The Sprout and Co. Kitchens specialise in healthy salads served alongside 3FE coffee and raw sweet treats.

Behind the concept are brothers Jack and Theo Kirwan who began selling juices in 2013. Healthy food has been gathering a steady momentum over the last ten years or so in Dublin but companies like Sprout have taken things to the next level and have been a huge success with the inner city office crowds especially.

Juices are made fresh in an allotment in Bray, Co. Wicklow. The cold press method is employed, which prevents oxidisation or degradation of fruit or vegetables, and preserves all of the nutrients.
