It's all about food, beverages and people! I have seventeen years of experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry lead by naturally strong interpersonal skills and a life-long interest in all things food and beverage. A Hons BA in Culinary Arts, coupled with a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits, 'Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise' in UCD have given me a steady platform on which to build on-the-job experience. I love a challenge and pride myself on having a strong work ethic. I am a big believer in living the life you love and in leading and inspiring others by example. When I’m not working, I network my way around the world, sampling the best of the local cuisine as I travel. Some of my favourites things: Asian street food, Melbourne coffee, Irish Teas, new world wines, hot sauces and the musings of AA Gill and Anthony Bourdain.
