The Bunsen burger chain now has six locations across Dublin, Belfast and Cork and are sure to open many more soon.
These videos offer a glimpse into the world of the successful chain, which combines four different Black Angus cuts of beef for their burger patties. The buns are baked fresh every morning by a baker in Tallaght.
Bunsen is owned by chef Tom Gleeson, a business and politics graduate, who has worked in Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck.
