The twins have built one of the strongest food and lifestyle brands in the country. They currently own two cafes, a vegan product range and have released countless cookbooks. Famed for their early morning swims in Greystones, the brothers have used instagram and twitter to create an almost cult-like following.

Flynn will appear along a host of other guest speakers at an event organised by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Council and The Dublin Food Chain. D.F.C. has this to say about the talk:
